Review: Davines NaturalTech™ Energizing Gel

Recently, for some weird reason - my scalp dry easily and the result? Dry scalp, dandruff and really less appealing outlook, I mean, it's like you have icing sugar on your head all over - and let alone the itchy scalp!

Anyhow, I was at AsterSpring the only day and come across Davines - I heard of the brand, but never tried it before, very tempted to try since I am having this incredibly irritating problem, literally on my head.

See those 'flakes'? Yupe, it's really irritating.

Just a bit more on the treatment, it is for fragile scalps and hair that is prone to falling out (exactly like mine!) and helps by stimulating skin micro-circulation. Applied to the scalp, it invigorates and lightly fixes hair creating an additional light styling effect (just like gel but I recommend to have your own hair wax or gel to fix your own hairstyle for better hold).

It is suitable for prevention in the case of seasonal hair loss, it slows down the loss process by stimulating the metabolism. And Davines NaturalTech Energizing Gel contains natural active ingredients!

Natural active ingredients:

1. Beta-glucans: it has Polysaccarides that boost the protection of the cells!
2. Caffeine phytoceuticals: this helps to stimulate the cellular metabolism and improves blood circulation - awesomeness.....
3. Sirtuins: of course, you need something to provide longevity, this is the proteins with a strong anti-oxidant action!

And how to use?

Just simple twist the cap and apply to shampooed hair by massaging the scalp. Do not rinse off. 

Put the gel right on your scalp and massage it...

How often? For a preventive or maintenance treatment, go for twice a week for 3 months - I am using it almost once a day for the past 2 weeks - dry scalp seems to slow down and recovering.... (Phew...)

How it feels? Cooling and somewhat have this tingling sense - not too used to it at first but on third or fourth use, I kind of starting to like the effect.
